STAIR ROVER

Coming soon; The Stair Rover is a prototype longboard designed by PoChih Lai. Thanks to the special eight-wheel design this cruiser smoothly glides over uneven surfaces.

THE SOURCE

Finished the production of The Source, a short drama series powered by Achmea, the largest insurance provider in the Netherlands. The five episodes will be launched spring 2013.

GODDESS

A new film for fashion designer Shao Yen‘s AW11 collection is on display in the Fashionista exhibition at Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei. The film is installed with a shallow pool of water to best present the reflective qualities of crystals.

BRANCA AT THE DESIGN MUSEUM

A short film about the creation of the Branca chair is currently featured in the Design Museum. Branca is the winner in the furniture category at the Brit Insurance Designs Of The Year Awards 2011. The wooden chair is a design by Sam Hecht of Industrial Facility for Italian brand Mattiazzi. It is made by highly sophisticated robots and hand, using processes that combine the craftsman and the machine.

THE AND POP-UP EXHIBITION

The And is a short film made in collaboration with artist Page Tsou and is to be featured in a series of pop-up exhibitions.

WAVER

Waver premiered at the 8th Taiwan Design Expo 2010. Waver is a fashion film collaboration between Juriaan Booij and fashion designer Shao Yen. The collection was inspired by seascapes and created by nylon strings, cashmere and lycra. (read more)
