QUIET MOTION

Short film about the design installation entitled Quiet Motion. In partnership with the internationally renowned designers Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, BMWi presents the installation at the Milan design week 2013.

ONITSUKA TIGER

The California ’78 sneaker by Onitsuka Tiger was originally released in 1978 to compliment the jogging boom that was taking off in California at the time. The 35th anniversary of this classic and its reappearance in stores had to be celebrated with a new ad.

SÃO PAULO / CAN CITY

Can City is a short film for Studio Swine and Heineken. Their latest design project focuses on the aluminium can recycle industry of São Paulo, Brazil.

BRONZE CHINA

Currently working on a short documentary filmed in YanJian, a small village in the Henan Province, China. A third of YanJian’s population work in the same industry; reproducing and selling ancient bronze pieces. Bronze China, a project by Shikai Tseng in cooperation with local Chinese craftsmen, aims to bring together new concepts with traditional process.

FORMLABS DESKTOP 3D PRINTER

Formlabs has created the first affordable 3D printer that meets the quality standards of the professional designer. The video was created for Kickstarter, a crowd funding website for creative projects, which already generated 1 Million USD in two and a half days… 27 days to go!

STUDIO SWINE

In progress: A short film about the Sea Chair, which is made entirely from plastic recovered from our oceans. Together, Studio Swine and Kieren Jones have created devices to collect and process marine debris into a series of stools.

MICHELLE ERICKSON / V&A

Currently working on a series of three short documentary films for th V&A museum in colaboration with Michelle Erickson, ceramics artist in residence. Erickson is internationally recognized for her mastery of lost ceramic arts during the age of exploration and colonialism. Her contemporary work makes use of these arcane ceramic techniques to create narratives about political, social and environmental issues.

ALUMI CHAIR

The Alumi Chair, by Industrial Facility for Tectona, is a chunky yet very light chair.
THIS little promo tries to show these qualities, presented at the 2012 London Design Festival.
